Job summary

Tenstorrent is building a world-class HR analytics function to empower leaders with data-driven hiring and workforce decisions. This hybrid role combines hands-on analytics with strategic partnering across HR and business teams.

You will own end-to-end analytics products, from data modeling to dashboards, and you will be guided by market norms for compensation and equity governance in a fast-growing hardware company.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in people analytics, HR analytics, or a data-focused role with end-to-end ownership of at least one analytics product.
• Hands-on SQL for data pulling, shaping, validating, and investigating.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau or an equivalent BI tool with proven adoption.
• Strong partner instinct with system/operations owners and ability to explain metrics in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics offerings and reporting for HR/data needs.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, hiring managers, and stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights.
• Define data models, metrics, and governance to support decision making.
• Deliver dashboards and analyses that non-technical audiences can trust and act on.
