Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a senior HR analytics consultant to partner with executives and cross-functional leaders. You will translate ambiguous business challenges into rigorous analyses, design analytics processes, and deliver actionable insights that shape enterprise decisions affecting candidates, employees, and patients.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS with 8+ years relevant experience, or 6+ years with a master’s.
  • Experience in people/HR analytics, business analytics, IO psychology, consulting, or related field.
  • Ability to translate complex questions into rigorous analyses.
  • Strong storytelling with data and executive communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work onsite at least 3 days/week in Foster City, CA.

What you’ll do

  • Craft data-driven narratives highlighting dynamics, tradeoffs, and implications for senior audiences.
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS with 8+ years relevant experience, or 6+ years with a master’s.
  • Experience in people/HR analytics, business analytics, industrial/organizational psychology, consulting, or related field.
  • Ability to translate complex, ambiguous questions into rigorous, decision-ready analyses.
  • Strong analytical mindset (metrics/statistics, visualization, survey methodology, data management).
  • Intrinsic drive to collaborate in a small, high-impact team.
  • Clear, concise communication.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work onsite at least 3 days/week in Foster City, CA.
Preferred qualifications
  • Proficiency with Python, R, ThoughtSpot, AWS, Workday, and/or Tableau.
  • Experience with AI applications or advanced statistics (e.g., latent growth curve modeling).
  • Deep experience partnering with HR/executives/consulting clients in complex organizations.

Compensation & benefits (if applicable)
  • Salary range: $182,070.00–$235,620.00; may be eligible for discretionary bonus, long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
