Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits in Dallas seeks a People Analytics professional to support workforce research, employee listening, reporting, and HR data initiatives. You will partner with research, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver timely insights and actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, and capable of learning new systems, documenting processes, and translating data into clear business impact for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience assisting with surveys, assessments, job analysis, employee listening, organizational research, or workforce studies.
• Exposure to data retrieval, transformation, or light coding (SQL, R, Databricks).
• Experience documenting report logic, dashboard assumptions, workflow steps, metadata, data definitions, business rules, or process flows.
• Strong curiosity and learning agility.
• High attention to detail in data validation and reporting.
• Ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Foundational knowledge of research methods and workforce analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support the People Analytics team across data and research workstreams.
• Document best practices and knowledge resources, sharing lessons learned.
• Conduct or support job analysis activities.
• Translate data findings into clear summaries, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
• Partner with People Analytics leaders, researchers, analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver insights.
• Maintain, validate, and document reports, dashboards, data workflows, and reporting processes.
• Document high-frequency reporting workflows, data retrieval steps, report logic, dashboard assumptions, definitions, data sources, and repeatable processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
