The role partners with architects, analysts, and data scientists, leads complex projects, and mentors junior engineers while applying DevOps and Agile practices to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Typically 6–9+ years in data management disciplines or related data engineering tasks.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Strong experience in DevOps and Agile technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data management systems that combine core data sources into accessible structures.
• Develop programs to extract, transform, and load data between data sources.
• Create data transformation processes (ETL, SQL stored procedures) for complex business systems.
• Update data dictionary and maintain Metadata Repository quality.
• Design and implement data integrity, standards, and quality improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and guide cross-functional initiatives.
