Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role.
• Degree in Psychology, Economics, Math or Statistics.
• Python or R experience required.
• SQL experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into action: build relationships across the organization and identify quick wins.
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Workforce Planning, and Employee Listening.
• Wrangle data to enable comprehensive intelligence and contribute where needed.
• Learn analytics tools and methods through hands-on involvement and shadowing senior team members.
• Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, such as labor capitalization reports.
