Job summary

Bee Talent Solutions is seeking a People Analytics Data Analyst to support workforce insights by analyzing people data, building Tableau dashboards, and identifying trends to inform business decisions across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards. You will design analytics, maintain dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders, automate processes, and document changes.

Candidates should have at least 4 years in People Analytics or BI, 2+ years SQL and Tableau, and experience with Workday,

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years in People Analytics or Business Intelligence.
Bonus if you have HR data experience.
Minimum of 2 years of SQL experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-quality reporting and visualizations in Tableau.
Experience with Workday, Fivetran, and Snowflake.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve data performance issues.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver data analytics and insights that deliver business value to stakeholders.
Collaborate with People teams to understand priorities and provide actionable reports.
Manage existing dashboards by monitoring functionality, implementing requests, and performing updates.
Produce technical and user-facing documents communicating changes.
Identify opportunities to automate business processes and manual tasks.
Proactively identify processes for improvements and standardization in the analytics pipeline.
