Deepgram is seeking an early-career People AI & Automation Engineer to partner with the Head of People to identify, design, and build AI-powered workflows that transform how People Ops operates. You will create systems on top of HRIS and internal tools, turning manual processes into intelligent, automated experiences.

You’ll build AI agents, scalable onboarding, and integrations with Slack, HRIS, recruiting, and performance systems, while ensuring security and human-in-the-loop controls.

We're looking for an early-career engineer to partner directly with our Head of People to identify, design, and build AI-powered workflows that fundamentally change how People Ops operates.You will not be maintaining an HRIS or administering traditional People systems.
