Deepgram is seeking a Backend Software Engineer on the Engine Team (Voice Agent) to design and implement scalable services for speech processing and AI model orchestration. You will work across telephony integrations, RAG systems, and deployment scenarios, delivering robust backend solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in the field and strong proficiency in Rust (or C/C++) with Python, plus UNIX and Git experience.
