Job summary

Johnson Matthey is seeking a People Advisory Partner to help drive HR initiatives across our Pennsylvania operations. You will partner with managers to cascade change plans, coach leaders, and handle complex employee relations matters with a focus on compliance and fairness.

You will work on-site as needed within a hybrid setup, supporting a multi-shift environment, and collaborating with regional HR partners to align local actions with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR advisory or employee relations.
• Degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of US employment law.
• Experience with unions and collective bargaining a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead local implementation of people change initiatives and engagement programs.
• Coach managers to handle people issues and drive change with design frameworks.
• Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Collaborate with regional advisory leads and HR partners to align local actions with enterprise standards.
