Johnson Matthey Inc. is seeking a People Advisory Partner to help drive our goals by leading local change initiatives, coaching managers, and managing complex employee relations with a commitment to compliance and fair practices.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence as needed, strong knowledge of US employment law, and a collaborative approach across business partners to sustain change, ensure policy interpretation, and support a multi-shift operation in a metal-free, high-security

Qualifications

• Labor relations experience with unions and adherence to a CBA.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and HR practices.
• Experience as HR advisory or employee relations professional.
• Degree in HR, business or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead local change initiatives and coach managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead local implementation of people change initiatives and engagement programs.
• Partner with managers to cascade, embed and sustain change plans.
• Manage complex employee relations cases with compliance and union coordination.
• Provide structured policy interpretation and escalate high-risk cases.
• Bridge enterprise frameworks with local execution across functions.
• Ensure documentation, compliance and alignment with company standards.
• Offer insights on local risks and inform regional decision‑making.
