Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent maintenance/supervisory experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with maintenance responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance teams to safely maintain plant equipment, facilities and utilities.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with internal stakeholders to meet operational priorities and deliver quality service.
• Assign work, provide technical guidance and support root-cause analysis of equipment issues.
• Support preventive maintenance, repairs, shutdown planning and project execution to maximize reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve maintenance practices.
• Promote engagement and adherence to union agreements to maintain a fair, collaborative environment.
