Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• 4 years of experience in HCM or PEO Sales.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell PEO products and services to new clients.
• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions.
• Schedule appointments and visit referral sources.
• Prospect new clients using various marketing strategies.
• Analyze prospects' needs and ensure client satisfaction.
• Complete new business paperwork and reports.
• Onboard PEO clients per policies and procedures.
• Represent the corporation positively to create sales opportunities.
• Educate partners on PEO services during meetings.
• Develop technical and sales skills knowledge.
• Travel for conferences and training as required.
