Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Service Desk Technician to support the G2 Army MI Enterprise at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. The role requires an active TS/SCI DoD clearance and experience in ITIL-aligned service desk operations within a Microsoft environment.

Responsibilities include incident resolution, ticket management ( Remedy/ServiceNow ), and remote troubleshooting for on-site and off-site personnel. Candidates should have Security+ CE and be able to obtain MTA/MCSA-Win11 within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 5+ years of related technical support and/or systems experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows laptops, printers, and applications in a Windows environment.
• DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE) required.
• Ability to obtain MTA/MCSA-Win11 within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I/II contact and incident resolution for hardware, software, and application problems.
• Resolve incidents on first call when possible.
• Document resolutions in incident databases (BMC Remedy/ServiceNow).
• Install system-wide software and assist with performance tuning.
• Set up admin and service accounts; manage user accounts.
