Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to provide onsite support at the Pentagon.

The role supports the Director for Operations across finance, logistics, HR, and business processes to sustain mission readiness. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business or operations, 3+ years of relevant experience (5+ overall), familiarity with DoW processes, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or operations.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience; 5+ years overall work experience.
• Familiarity with DoW processes, human resources, or business administration.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and solve problems.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director for Operations in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War (DASW) for Industrial and Investment Security (I2S).
• Assist with finance, logistics, HR, and business processes to enable daily mission readiness.
• Track budgets, process invoices and expense reports, reconcile financial data.
• Monitor supply levels, process procurement requests, manage vendor communications, maintain inventory logs.
• Draft SOPs and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Onboard and offboard personnel, maintain rosters and training records.
