Job summary

MB Solutions inc seeks an experienced senior Pentagon liaison and executive support officer for the Washington Field Office (WFO) / Organic Industrial Base Integration Office (OIBIO). The role ensures end-to-end management and seamless coordination with Army Secretariat and HQDA stakeholders at the Pentagon.

The position requires proven independent leadership, Pentagon experience, and the ability to operate in a senior-leader environment with strict security and access management.

Qualifications

• Prior Pentagon or Army Secretariat/HQDA support experience.
• Experience providing trusted, independent executive-level support to senior leaders.
• Expert understanding of Army staff operations and Pentagon protocols.
• Proven experience using ETMS2 or similar DoD task management systems.
• Active Top Secret - SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal liaison and integrator between WFO/OIBIO leadership and Army Secretariat, HQDA, Joint Staff, and other Pentagon organizations.
• Provide direct executive-level support to senior military and civilian leaders, manage calendars, travel, engagements, and meetings.
• Track and manage WFO/OIBIO taskings using ETMS2, monitor suspenses, ensure coordination, and provide status updates.
• Manage Pentagon access, badging, visitation, and clearance coordination for government personnel and contractors.
• Oversee contractor requirements for Army-furnished equipment and coordinate support.
