Job summary

LTC Solutions LLC seeks a Senior Strategic Process Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide executive-level advisory support at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA, on-site with DoD leadership.

The role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, extensive experience with SES and General Officers, and the ability to translate strategic guidance into presentations, briefs, and decision papers while coordinating across HQMC, Joint Staff, and Combatant Commands.

Qualifications

• Experience providing strategic advisory support to SES and General Officers.
• Ability to translate guidance into executive presentations and briefs.
• Strong writing, analytical, and briefing skills for senior leadership.
• Experience with DoD stakeholders and high-level communications.
• Experience with PPBEA and strategic planning processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior action-officer and strategic advisory support to SES and General Officers within HQMC I&L and LPOV.
• Translate guidance into executive-level presentations, briefs, and decision papers.
• Develop speeches, talking points, congressional testimony input and briefing materials.
• Support organizational modernization, Force Design, and enterprise strategic planning.
• Coordinate with Headquarters and Joint Staff to synchronize strategic initiatives.
• Prepare templates, briefing packages, and organizational communications materials.
