Clearwater Analytics seeks a Market Product Leader to own the pensions point of view, market sizing, and a funded roadmap. You will define segments by buying behavior, validate data, and align with R&D, GTM, Marketing, Client Services, and Finance to drive ACV growth across pension solutions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape pricing, packaging, and a go-to-market playbook while maintaining a current, validated market point of view.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, market strategy, or commercial leadership within institutional investment management, asset servicing, or investment technology.
• Direct, substantive exposure to pensions — corporate DB/DC, public plans, multiemployer plans, or OCIO — and governance understanding.
• Proven ownership of a market, segment, or product line with accountability for revenue growth.
• Strong quantitative instincts; able to build and defend market sizing and segmentation from primary data.

Responsibilities

• Define and size the pensions market with TAM/SAM and Clearwater's share.
• Segment by buying behavior and prioritize segments with explicit calls.
• Translate capability gaps into a funded, sequenced product roadmap.
• Own positioning, messaging, and pricing strategy for pensions.
• Engage with executives and represent market context in solution discussions.
