Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and one year of customer service experience.
• Experience with pension or government inquiries is a plus.
• Strong communication and data-entry skills.
• Ability to use PARIS and call center software effectively.

Responsibilities

• Receives and responds to customer calls, emails, letters, and faxes.
• Directs inquiries to appropriate individuals, departments, and agencies as needed.
• Provides accurate pension plan information and answers inquiries.
• Updates PARIS with member/retiree information and documents interactions.
