Qualifications

• 2 years of professional‑level human resources work including pension and 401k experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and validation.
• On‑site, in‑person work at Valero San Antonio location is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the pension administration system and support pension activities.
• Analyze data results for pension batch processing, statements, and audits.
• Extract data for evaluation and reporting; coordinate with vendors and IT staff.
• Assist with government disclosures and compliance with HIPAA/SOX.
• Manage incoming calls and department email, and prepare data transfers for external parties.
