FIS is seeking an Associate III, BPS Operations Processing in Atlanta to manage high-volume pension payment workflows and ensure accurate processing across multiple systems. This onsite role requires meticulous attention to detail and collaboration with internal teams to meet strict regulatory and quality standards.

You will load stock, oversee check production, validate data, and handle exceptions while maintaining audit-ready records and efficient customer service outcomes.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; business/finance education a plus.
• Experience in payment processing, financial operations, or banking operations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments.
• Ability to stand, move, and lift heavy boxes in a production setting.
• Proficiency with multiple systems and applications in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process pension payments via ACH and checks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee daily production of 800–1,000 checks per day.
• Load check stock into production printers and manage related material handling.
• Validate data and documentation before release and distribution.
• Coordinate mailing, postage, and overnight delivery preparation.
• Utilize three processing systems to execute, monitor, and reconcile payments.
