Job summary

FIS is seeking a detail-oriented operations professional at our Atlanta on-site location. The role focuses on account processing, closing activities, and ensuring timely and accurate transactions within a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will manage end-to-end workflows from intake through review, validation, processing, and client updates, coordinating with onshore and offshore teams and maintaining compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.
• Experience with account processing, maintenance, or closure activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Process account closing tasks accurately and on schedule.
