FIS in Atlanta is hiring an Associate III, BPS Operations Processing to ensure accurate and timely pension payment processing for clients and beneficiaries. This role manages high-volume transaction workflows and supports payment distribution activities onsite five days a week.

You will work across three processing systems, maintain audit-ready records, and collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow efficiency and customer service outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in payment processing or financial operations.
• Ability to work in production environment with standing and lifting.
• Follow established procedures and quality controls.
• Proficient with multiple systems simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Process pension payments via ACH and check disbursements accurately and timely.
• Oversee daily check production handling 800–1,000 checks per day.
• Load check stock into production printers and manage daily materials.
• Validate payment data and supporting documentation before release.
• Coordinate check sealing, postage, and overnight delivery prep.
• Utilize and navigate three processing systems to execute, monitor, and reconcile payments.
• Investigate processing exceptions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain audit-ready records for all payment activities.
• Adhere to procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve workflow and customer service outcomes.
