Job summary

FIS is seeking an Associate I, BPS Operations Processing Agent - Call Center to respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS and Chat, delivering problem resolution in line with service standards.

You will use GUI screens, access client systems, and update data while escalating complex issues as needed. A High School Diploma and 6 months of call center experience are required, with full availability for day, night, and weekend shifts. Equipment is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 6 months of call center experience preferred.
• Must be available for all shifts including days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS and Chat to provide problem resolution.
• Answer customer inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints and escalate when needed.
• Enter required data into client provided systems and databases.
• Determine basic reasons for customer issues using a client provided decision tree and escalate unresolved items.
