Job summary

WTW seeks a Pension Outsourcing Benefits Analyst intern to contribute to a team handling general administration and basic pension tasks. You will perform recurring plan administration for defined benefit plans under supervision and collaborate with client teams to answer questions and resolve issues.

You should have a quantitative degree with strong math skills, excellent Excel and Office abilities, and a record of independence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Summer 2026 internship in Pension Outsourcing with WTW.
• GPA 3.0 or higher in quantitative coursework.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and client service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administration support for pension outsourcing tasks.
• Perform recurring plan administration for defined benefit plans under supervision.
• Interface with the client service delivery team and clients to answer questions and resolve issues.
