Job summary

WTW is seeking a Retirement Intern to work with top consultants and gain exposure to retirement consulting for global clients. You will analyze data, draw conclusions, and present results, while learning about the services Willis Towers Watson offers and how they integrate with retirement consulting practice.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a quantitative degree, have strong Excel and communication skills, and will graduate between December 2027 and June 2028.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• For Actuarial students: successful completion of one or more actuarial exams is highly preferred.
• Relevant work experience (analyst-type internship) showing technical or client-service skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to present solutions that exceed client expectations.
• Self-starter who can work independently and also collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities
