WTW is seeking a Retirement Intern in San Francisco to work alongside top consultants on real client projects. You will analyze data, draw conclusions, and present results while gaining exposure to retirement consulting services.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong quantitative coursework and ideally have actuarial exams completed. US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with quantitative coursework and GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Actuarial exams completed preferred.
• Strong technical and client-service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work on real client assignments and apply data analysis to draw conclusions.
• Present results and insights to clients and internal teams.
• Learn retirement consulting services and Willis Towers Watson offerings.
