Job summary

Willis Towers Watson (WTW) invites talented students to join our Retirement consulting team as an intern. You will work alongside industry leaders on real client assignments, applying data analysis and presentation skills to inform retirement strategy decisions.

Based in the United States, this internship offers exposure to defined benefit and defined contribution plans, with mentorship and opportunities to progress toward a future thought leader in retirement consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance or other quantitative major with GPA ≥3.0
• Successful completion of actuarial exams is highly preferred
• Experience demonstrating strong technical and/or client service skills
• Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed client standards
• Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, yet collaborate in a close team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Graduating December 2027 through August 2028
• Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Work on real client assignments drawing on data analysis and presentation of results
• Learn about Willis Towers Watson services and retirement consulting offerings
• Contribute to designing, funding, investing, communicating, governing and employee management for retirement plans
