Responsibilities

• Communicate with employers to verify documents, resolve inquiries, and provide member support.
• Utilize computer systems to retrieve data and process payments, including non-standard processing.
• Apply knowledge of ASRS statutes, IRS regulations, and automated disbursement systems to daily tasks.
• Use advanced Excel and relational database skills for data analysis and processing.
• Work efficiently under strict guidelines and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication for professional correspondence.
• Preferred: Experience in financial institutions, banking, or accounts receivable/processing.
