Working under the direction of the Pension Contracts Services Supervisor II, the Pension Contract Supervisor I serves as a collaborative leader overseeing the daily operations, workflow tracking, and quality control of the Pension Contracts Unit. You will champion a culture of engagement and continuous learning by mentoring and coaching professional team members. You will act as a critical division liaison, reviewing executive-level correspondence, managing high-visibility cross-divisional projects, and interpreting complex pension administration guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.
