Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Attack & Penetration Testing to lead offensive security engagements across enterprise environments. You will mentor teams, deliver actionable client reports, and stay ahead of evolving threats. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, IT, Engineering or related major with 6+ years of experience or Master’s with 3-4+ years in penetration testing.
• Experience managing and executing penetration testing projects.
• Experience with manual attack and penetration testing.
• Experience leading Red/Blue Team or application penetration programs.
• Scripting/programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Java, Perl, etc).
• Up-to-date with latest exploits and security trends.
• Ability to lead a technical team for remote and on-site testing within rules of engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with network penetration testing in stealth mode.
• Two of the following certifications: OSCP, OSWP, GPEN, GWAPT, OSCE, OSEE, GXPN, CISSP, CISM, PMP, CREST.

Responsibilities

• Identify threats and vulnerabilities to enterprise environments.
• Lead penetration testing, red team, and purple team exercises using industry frameworks.
• Oversee delivery of offensive security engagements and ensure productive collaboration.
• Produce clear, concise, and actionable reports for technical and executive audiences.
• Mentor senior and junior analysts and foster a collaborative culture.
• Stay current with cyber threat trends and represent EY at industry events.
• Manage penetration testing projects using established methodologies and rules of engagement.
