EY seeks a Manager for the Attack & Penetration Testing team to lead offensive security engagements, guiding penetration testing, red team, and purple team exercises for enterprise environments. You will manage delivery, reporting, and stakeholder communication across technical and executive audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Cybersecurity/IT with 6+ years experience, or Master’s with 3-4+ years in penetration testing
• Experience in managing and executing penetration testing projects
• Experience with manual attack and penetration testing
• Experience in establishing and managing Red Team or application penetration testing programs
• Experience with scripting / programming skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Java, Perl etc)
• Updated and familiarised with the latest exploits and security trends
• Experience leading a technical team in remote and on-site testing within defined rules of engagement
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with stealth network penetration testing
• Any two of OSCP, OSWP, GPEN, GWAPT, OSCE, OSEE, GXPN, CISSP, CISM, PMP, CREST certifications
• A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally to meet client needs
• Estimated travel required up to 50%.
