Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Attack & Penetration Testing to lead sophisticated offensive security operations and guide client resilience against cyber threats. You will manage technical teams, oversee engagements, and deliver clear, actionable reports for technical and executive audiences.

Ideal candidates have extensive penetration testing experience, team leadership skills, and a proactive approach to staying ahead of threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or a related major with 6+ years of related work experience, or a Master’s degree with 3–4+ years in penetration testing.
• Experience in managing and executing penetration testing projects.
• Experience with scripting / programming (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Java, Perl, etc).

Responsibilities

• Lead penetration testing engagements and red/purple team exercises.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality client reports and executive-level deliverables.
• Mentor senior and junior analysts and foster a collaborative culture.
• Stay current with cyber threats, trends, and industry best practices.
