Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, IT, Engineering or related with 6+ years of experience or Master’s with 3–4+ years in penetration testing (internet/intranet/web app, wireless, social engineering, Red/ Purple team)
• Experience in managing and executing penetration testing projects
• Experience with manual attack and penetration testing
• Experience in leading Red Team or application penetration testing programs
• Experience with scripting/programming (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Java, Perl)
• Stay current with exploits and security trends
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; US driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Identify threats and vulnerabilities to enterprise environments
• Lead technical teams in penetration testing, red team, and purple team exercises
• Ensure delivery of clear, concise, actionable client reports and executive summaries
• Mentor analysts and foster a collaborative culture
• Stay current with cyber threat trends and represent EY at industry events
• Manage multiple offensive security engagements and project delivery
