Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Attack & Penetration Testing to lead offensive security engagements across internet, intranet, web apps, and cloud environments. You will mentor analysts, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and deliver clear executive-facing reports.

Based in the United States with travel, you will apply industry frameworks, manage engagements, and stay ahead of attacker techniques while shaping EY's security services for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or related major with minimum work experience.
• Master’s degree with 3–4+ years of related penetration testing experience including internet, intranet, web apps, wireless, red team, and purple team assessments.
• Experience in managing and executing penetration testing projects.
• Experience with scripting / programming skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Java, Perl).
• Updated on latest exploits and security trends.

Responsibilities

• Identify threats and vulnerabilities to enterprise environments and lead penetration testing engagements.
• Oversee delivery of offensive security engagements and produce clear reports for technical and executive audiences.
• Mentor senior and junior analysts and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Stay current with cyber threats and industry best practices.
