Job summary

EY seeks a Manager to lead its Attack & Penetration Testing practice in the United States. You will guide offensive security operations, supervise red team and purple team exercises, and ensure delivery of concise client reports for technical and executive audiences.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in pentesting (or 3–4+ with a Master’s), strong scripting skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%. EY offers a collaborative, global environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering or related field, 6+ years of related experience; Master’s with 3–4+ years considered.
• Experience in managing and executing penetration testing projects.
• Experience with manual attack and penetration testing.
• Experience leading Red Team or application penetration testing programs.
• Scripting/programming skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Java, Perl).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; valid U.S. driver's license.
