Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Cybersecurity with 6+ years of related work experience, or a Master’s degree with 3–4+ years.
• Experience managing and executing penetration testing projects.
• Scripting/programming skills (Python/PowerShell/Java) and knowledge of security trends.

Responsibilities

• Identify threats and vulnerabilities in client enterprise environments and lead engagements.
• Oversee penetration testing, red team, and purple team exercises with clear reporting.
• Mentor analysts and foster a collaborative, high-performance security culture.
• Stay current with cyber threats and represent EY at industry groups and events.
