Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager to lead the Attack & Penetration Testing practice, driving offensive security engagements and mentoring a team of testers across pentest, red team, and purple team projects. You will deliver clear client reports for technical and executive audiences, stay ahead of evolving threats, and represent EY at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, IT, Engineering or related field with 6+ years of experience, or a Master’s with 3–4+ years in penetration testing.
• Experience managing and executing penetration testing projects.
• Experience with manual attack and penetration testing.
• Experience leading Red Team or application penetration testing programs.
• Scripting/programming skills (Python/PowerShell/Java/Perl).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 50%).

Responsibilities

• Identify threats and vulnerabilities in enterprise environments and lead testing engagements.
• Conduct penetration testing, red team, and purple team exercises following industry frameworks.
• Deliver clear, concise reports to technical and executive audiences and mentor analysts.
• Stay current with cyber threats and represent EY at industry events.
