Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead the Attack & Penetration Testing team, driving offensive security engagements across internet, intranet, web apps, cloud, and social engineering. You will mentor junior analysts, manage multiple projects, and ensure high-quality client reports and executive-facing materials.

The role requires 6+ years in pen testing (or 3–4+ with a Master’s), strong leadership, and proficiency in scripting; travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s in a related field with 6+ years (or 3–4+ years for Master’s) in penetration testing.
• Experience in managing and executing penetration testing projects.
• Experience with manual attack and penetration testing.
• Experience in leading Red Team or application penetration testing programs.
• Scripting/programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Java, Perl, etc).

Responsibilities

• Lead penetration testing, red team, and purple team engagements for clients.
• Oversee delivery of offensive security engagements and produce clear, actionable reports for technical and executive audiences.
• Mentor analysts and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
• Stay current with cyber threats and represent EY at industry events.
