PCC Structurals is seeking a Penetrant Line Operator Trainer who will oversee training and certification for Penetrant Line Operators on site in Portland, OR. This role emphasizes hands-on coaching, certification audits and safety compliance within a high‑volume production setting.

The candidate should have or be willing to obtain Level 1 Penetrant Inspection certification, display strong communication, and work collaboratively with production teams to ensure quality and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• High School Graduation or GED (necessary for NDT certification).
• Ability to read and follow tech specifications on cards.
• Ability to lift 20–80 pounds and work in demanding conditions.
• Must maintain safe work practices and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Train and certify Penetrant Line Operators.
• Progress new or transfer operators through certification.
• Create and revise training modules and evaluation criteria.
• Maintain records and perform audits of the department.
• Support safety and harassment/discrimination free environment.
