Job summary

PCC Structurals is seeking a Penetrant Line Operator Trainer to lead training, certification, and performance evaluation for Penetrant Line Operators. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement within a high‑quality aerospace casting environment.

Responsibilities include developing training modules, auditing operator performance, and ensuring adherence to certification requirements while maintaining records and fostering a respectful, safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Penetrant Line Operator Trainer certification desired or Tat's certified within 30 days.
• Self-motivated and capable of high performance with little supervision.
• Top 20% in Project Team Build issues with good work habits and quality workmanship.
• No disciplinary action for Quality, Productivity or Behavior in the last 12 months.
• Willing to change departments and shifts as production needs arise.
• Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and record technical data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of teaching individuals or small groups.
• Good attendance and safety records are required.
• Must have held a Penetrant Line Operator position for at least 12 months in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Train and Certify Penetrant Line Operators and progress them through qualification.
• Support training program by creating modules and evaluation criteria.
• Perform operator audits and maintain records of department personnel.
• Ensure a harassment/discrimination free environment and safe work practices.
