Job summary

Pen Mart is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist in planning, direction and control of store operations. You will supervise staff in inventory, merchandising, losses and hours, support sales plans, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager, hiring/training staff, building customer relationships, managing purchasing/inventory, and serving as acting Store Manager when needed. Benefits are provided.

You would be responsible for supervising employees in inventory merchandising, losses, and work hours. The Assistant Manager assists, when directed by Store Manager, product ordering, provides support for sale plans to maximize sales potential and ensures the stores compliance with State and Federal law and regulations.
