Job summary

Lexington Health is seeking a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist for outpatient care in the Midlands. You will provide professional PT services to restore function and prevent disability after trauma or disease, using tests, measurements, exercises and modalities as appropriate.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science or higher in Physical Therapy, SC licensure, and CPR certification. You will evaluate, plan, and document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of a PT program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or equivalent.
• Licensed in the State of South Carolina by the SC State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners; CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct physical therapy to patients upon referral by a physician or advanced practice provider.
• Evaluates patients using tests and measurements such as muscle testing, ROM and neurological testing.
• Develops physical therapy treatment plans and administers treatments to relieve pain and restore function.
• Documents patient treatment data and discharge summaries; educates patients and families for home programs.
