Job summary

Lexington Health Northeast Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide professional outpatient services focused on restoring function after trauma or disease. This role supports a full-time, day-shift schedule (7a-6p) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

The PT will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, document outcomes, and educate patients and families for home programs. Minimum qualifications include a BS in Physical Therapy, SC licensure, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Licensed in the State of South Carolina by the SC State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct physical therapy to patients upon referral by a physician or advanced practice provider.
• Evaluates patients using physical therapy tests and measurements.
• Develops physical therapy treatment plans and administers treatments to relieve pain and restore function.
• Documents treatment data and discharge summaries.
• Instructs patients and families in home programs.
