The position requires SC licensure, BS degree in Physical Therapy, and CPR certification. Eligible candidates will provide age-appropriate care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team within a hospital system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in Physical Therapy is required.
• Licensed in the State of South Carolina by the SC State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct outpatient physical therapy to patients.
• Evaluate patients using PT tests and measurements.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and outcomes.
• Instruct patients and families in home exercise programs.
• Supervise assistants when applicable.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
