• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct physical therapy to patients upon referral by a physician or advanced practice provider.
• Evaluates patients using physical therapy tests and measurements.
• Develops physical therapy treatment plans.
• Administers treatments to relieve pain and restore function.
• Documents patient treatment data and progress notes.
• Instructs patients and families in home programs.
• Supervises assistants and monitors care plans.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and consults with other professionals.
