Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans across diverse patient populations.
• Administer safe and effective therapy treatments with proper documentation.
• Reassess and adjust treatment plans to meet patient progress and changing needs.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information clearly and accurately.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and post-treatment care.
• Operate therapy equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized treatment area.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies including infection control and risk management.
