Saint Peter's Healthcare System is seeking a Physical Therapist - Pelvic Floor Specialist for Adult Outpatient Therapy. You will develop and adjust treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with the care team to ensure patient safety and effective outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold a CAPTE-accredited PT degree (Bachelors/Masters/DPT), NJ license or eligibility, and BLS certification; new graduates are welcome to apply. Salary ranges and benefits are outlined in the posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or DPT in Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current NJ license/registration or eligibility.
• New graduates welcome; experience preferred but not required.
• Analytical ability and good interpersonal/communication skills.
• BLS certification required as approved by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Develop proper treatment plans and anticipated outcomes for each patient.
• Modify plans based on patient response and records feedback.
• Demonstrate teaching skills with patients, families and caregivers.
• Assist discharge planning with the health care team.
• Document initial assessments, reassessments and progress notes.
