Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required.
• PT license in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough physical therapy evaluations; develops individualized treatment plans.
• Administers safe therapy treatments and documents all interventions.
• Reassesses and adjusts treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Provides clear documentation of evaluations, plans, progress notes, and billing.
• Educates patients and families on exercises and post-treatment care.
• Operates therapy equipment safely and maintains a clean, organized environment.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintains competencies across diverse patient populations.
