CHS Career Site is seeking a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist (DPT) to join a collaborative pelvic health team in a coastal Florida community. The role emphasizes one-on-one patient care, advanced biofeedback options, and hospital-system support in outpatient settings.

The ideal candidate has a DPT, pelvic floor experience (APTA PH1 or Herman & Wallace Level 1 preferred), and is open to pursuing Level 1 coursework.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer safe, effective therapy and document all interventions.
• Reassess and adjust plans based on patient progress.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients and families.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe treatment environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure quality care.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and standards.
