Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Florida licensure to practice physical therapy required.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial therapy evaluations and re-evaluations within patient care time.
• Develops a plan of care with measurable goals and patient input.
• Provides treatment services appropriate to patient age and culture.
• Documents consistently and accurately per policy.
